Winemaker’s notes: After 14 years of making red wine we have branched out and pursued a desire of Keith's. We are making his favorite white wine, sauvignon blanc.

In order to achieve a style that has a broad range of varietal flavors we selected grapes from three different appellations; Alexander Valley, picked for some grass and herbal tones, Dry Creek Valley, picked for structure, and Russian River Valley, picked for melon and tropical aromas.

Tasting notes: This wine is all stainless steel fermented with no malalactic fermentation. This allows the wine to express the true varietal flavors and aromas, not obscured by the flavors of oak. The wine shows aromas that are perfumy with slight grassiness and profuse amounts of tropical fruits. In the mouth the wine is crisp from acidity, yet viscous in texture with a long finish.
