THE VINEYARDS
Usually we blend Carmine Indindoli’s pinot noir grapes with the various
other vineyards of pinot that we purchase. In the harvest of 2009 his pinot
noir really stood out so we made a single vineyard designated wine. His
vineyard is located in northern Sebastopol off of Vine Hill School Road in
the Russian River Valley.
TASTING
NOTES
This
pinot is dark ruby in color with aromas of spice and dark fruits. The flavor
is full bodied, with a long and persistent finish with blackberry fruit that
hangs on your palate. It has great aging potential due to concentrated
flavor and good acid balance. |
